About the Role
We're looking for compassionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in part-time or full-time roles. At Thrive ABA Therapy, all services are provided directly by BCBAs—we do not employ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Enjoy flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and no weekly billable quotas, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional, individualized care. Best of all, you can focus on the clinical side of ABA—we handle insurance billing, prior authorizations, and other administrative tasks behind the scenes. Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with families, and staying current with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications
For this role you proven experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities as well as:
5 years experience as a BCBA preferred
Washington State Behavior Analyst License
Relevant Education
CPR/First Aid Certification
